I see a blank screen when I log in for the first time.

Fully close the app and reopen it.

I can't hear any sound when playing the video.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, make sure Silent Mode is turned off.

I don't receive notifications on my Android device.

Go to Settings, then Apps. Find the DWN app, select it, and turn on notifications.
